EMO Hannover 2025:

EMO Hanover 2025: The world visits Wolf – the Wolf TSM 280 as the highlight of machining technology

Brackenheim/Hanover, October 2025 – Wolf Maschinenbau AG looks back on a very successful participation at EMO Hanover, the world’s largest trade fair for production technology. Numerous visitors took the opportunity to see for themselves the performance and innovative power of the Wolf TSM 280. The high-end machine with 32 axes was specially developed for machining medium and large series.
“The response was overwhelming – we held intensive conversations, initiated new partnerships, and strengthened existing relationships,” reports Wolf’s sales team. The center of the exhibition stand was the Wolf TSM 280, which impresses with maximum efficiency and low energy consumption. Completely “Made in Germany,” it represents the company’s commitment to combining German engineering with sustainable production.
EMO 2025 is another milestone in the growth history of Wolf Maschinenbau AG. “We can clearly see that demand for economical and energy-efficient manufacturing solutions for parts from a wide range of industries has increased enormously. This is exactly where we are at home with our Wolf TSM 280, and we can offer our customers the right machine,” says Martin Wolf, CEO of Wolf Maschinenbau AG. The Wolf TSM 280 also has an excellent price-performance ratio, setting it apart from the competition. It manufactures at attractive conditions – with minimal personnel and resource-saving – and is not just a machine, but a statement for quality, precision, and future-oriented manufacturing in a changing world. Conversations at EMO made it clear there is still a lot of potential to make Germany more attractive as a manufacturing location – for example, by using Wolf machine technology in a wide variety of industries to manufacture parts cost-effectively. We often encounter parts produced with the Wolf TSM 280 in everyday life. These include, for example, electrical components, implant screws, valve parts, spacer bolts, shafts, automotive parts, and pipe sections. Customers from a wide range of industries around the world trust in proven Wolf technology.
At a time when environmental responsibility and sustainable production methods are becoming increasingly important, Wolf’s machine is an outstanding example of the successful combination of innovation and responsibility. The extremely modern rotary transfer machine is equipped with the latest technology and also focuses consistently on sustainable production methods. With the Wolf TSM 280, customers can produce economically and energy-efficiently – with a significant reduction in cycle time and using only one-third of the production space. This results in up to ten times lower energy costs per part and significantly reduced CO₂ emissions.

This is exactly why customers choose a Wolf machine. The innovative Wolf TSM 280 combines efficiency, precision, and environmental friendliness, optimizes manufacturing processes, and conserves resources. As a result, it increases the competitiveness of companies while setting an example for sustainable production. It was precisely these arguments that attracted numerous visitors from all over the world to the Wolf stand again this year. The first conclusion after EMO is therefore very positive – not only for Wolf, but also for Germany as a manufacturing location.
