Upon customer request, we can equip your machine with remote maintenance via the Internet. The customer only needs an internet connection, the technical details will be agreed with your IT department when the order is received.
Our machines are now installed on four of five continents. This required a complete overhaul of the remote diagnosis from the fault-prone telephone line to modern network technology. The associated infrastructure is operated by our own IT department. Unlike many other providers, we do not rely on cloud services or external providers. This enables us to offer a stable, secure and independent solution.
Security & Trust
Trust is important to us! For this reason, our customers have the option of completely disconnecting remote maintenance from the power supply via a switch and only activating it when needed. This eliminates the need for cumbersome plugging and unplugging of the network cable.
